We Pride Ourselves on being a very focused trial team, with Bill Cafaro and Steve Pivovar preparing and trying every case together whenever possible. Bill has 20 + years of solid proven plaintiff’s experience, and Steve’s 25 + years of defense experience are invaluable in anticipating and diffusing defense attacks.

Our Case Load is Limited to very serious injuries, and our goal is to obtain the maximum possible recovery for each client, rather than settling early or turning cases over quickly. This permits the luxury of taking more time than any other law firm to explore our client’s background, personality, and employment history, and to speak those people who could potentially be valuable witnesses on trial.

Because Seeing is Truly Believing jurors need visual aids to appreciate the gravity of the injuries, so painstaking effort is taken to develop elaborate medical illustrations and animations. We use in house staff for the courtroom presentation of medical illustrations and animations to the jury.
